I was just thinking the same thing that Josh said. The camera move adds interest. Also, it seems to me that at the beginning of the shot the camera holds for a couple frames before moving, and the car suddenly appears in position in frame 2 or 3. Either editing off the first couple frames or starting the car off camera would fix it. Nice lighting and camera positioning.
... and I'm not seeing the stutter. It happened once in the middle, but I'm thinking it's QT playback in the browser. There is a consistent side to side camera jiggle, as if you manually moved the camera back, frame by frame on a tripod or wiggly wheels. Not bad, though. You can write it off as stop-motion character.
Both are good... the dynamic camera move in the first is more interesting (but there is a stutter at the end... can you fix this?)
