Scene 2 Is Done

Alright I think I am done shooting scene 2, at least for now.  If I have time at the end I might reshoot, or I might leave it alone. We will see.

So here are 2 versions of the finished shots. Any comments would be really helpful.  I am not sure which one will be in the film.

Scene 2

I have finished building scene 2 and have started doing some test animations.  Here are some pictures of the set.

I got the idea for doing the separate sections from a short animation by Aardman Animations called Wat's Pig.

I have done a few test animations for this scene.  Over the next couple of days I will be working out the bugs for the tracking shot. 

Mountain

Here are some shots of the finished mountain. I am really happy with the way it turned out.

It looks like there was a bad storm while I was away that caused some branches to block the road. There were no reports of injuries, but the road was closed until workers could come and clean up the downed branches.

Scene 1 With Trees

Here is an almost finished scene 1.  I just have to add the sky background and re-shoot shot 5 because all the leaves were falling off the trees.
